How It Works

TCSR Paths

A TCSR Path is a personalized, mentor-led plan that walks a student-athlete through the TCSR Methodology step by step. Throughout the process, students and parents work directly with a dedicated TCSR Mentor who will guide them through their chosen TCSR path.

There are three Path tiers: Gold, Platinum, and Premium. Every tier is built to deliver meaningful, high-quality guidance — higher tiers add personalization, depth of analysis, and more direct support, but every tier, including the most accessible entry point, is held to the same standard of quality. Lower tiers exist so every family can access strong, foundational guidance, regardless of budget.

Every Path follows the same four-step process:

1. Identify Key Variables. It starts with a detailed, honest assessment of where the athlete currently stands — their goals, their current position in the recruiting process, and how far they are from their target level.

2. Control the Variables. The mentor and athlete determine what can realistically be improved — across academics, ability, and overall positioning — and build a strategy around it.

3. Collaborative Action. Strategy becomes a concrete plan: specific action steps and a defined to-do list the athlete works through between meetings, with the mentor completing supporting work on their end too.

4. Review, Adjust, and Close. The Path wraps with a final meeting that reviews progress, makes any last adjustments, and leaves the athlete with a clear summary and a framework to keep navigating the process independently.

Every Identify and Control conversation is built around four things:

Ability. A realistic read on where the athlete could compete — from NJCAA and NAIA through NCAA Division III, II, and I — along with whether they're still developing toward that level or already ready to be actively marketed to coaches.

Academics. GPA, coursework, and eligibility minimums matter, but so does financial aid — every Path includes guidance on FAFSA specifics and what it takes to stay competitive academically.

Accessibility. How realistic it is for the athlete to actually be recruited to, and attend, a given school — level of play, admissions difficulty, affordability, and distance from home.

Personal Goals. What the athlete actually wants out of the next four years — campus environment, major, playing time, location — led by the athlete, not assumed by the mentor.

The Four Varibles

TCSR Pre Path

Before making any payments or bookings, students and parents can attend a “Pre-Path,” a free 15-minute consultation designed to answer questions, review available services, and determine which path or conference best fits the student-athlete’s goals. After selecting a service, families will receive a payment link via email, and once payment is completed, TCSR will send a confirmation and details for their upcoming events.
