TCSR — Privacy Policy
Top College Soccer Recruiting ("TCSR") collects only the information needed to deliver your Path. This policy describes what is collected, how it's used, who sees it, and how it's protected. Last updated: October 2026.
Information We Collect
TCSR collects the information needed to deliver a Path: the athlete's name and contact information, academic records (GPA, transcript), highlight video, recruiting goals and preferences, and payment information. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe, TCSR's payment processor — TCSR does not receive or store card details.
How We Use It
This information is used only to deliver the service: researching target schools, identifying coach contacts, preparing outreach materials, and providing academic, scholarship, and financial aid guidance.
Who Sees It
Information is seen by the assigned TCSR mentor and, where needed for account or billing purposes, by TCSR's founder. TCSR does not sell this information or share it with third parties, other than the school and coach contact information the athlete chooses to reach out to directly as part of their own outreach.
How We Protect It
TCSR limits access to family and athlete information to the people directly involved in delivering the Path: the assigned mentor and, where needed for account or billing purposes, the founder. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and is never stored on TCSR's own systems. TCSR is a small, early-stage business and does not yet operate dedicated data-security infrastructure beyond these access limits and Stripe's own safeguards for payment data. As TCSR grows, these practices will be formalized further, and this policy will be updated to reflect that.
How Long We Keep It
TCSR retains this information only as long as needed to deliver the Path and respond to the 30-day post-program follow-up window, after which it may be deleted on request.
Your Rights
Families may request a copy of, or deletion of, the information TCSR holds about their athlete at any time by contacting TCSR directly.
Consent for Minors
Because most TCSR clients are minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before the first meeting takes place, on behalf of the student-athlete.
Changes to This Policy
TCSR may update this policy as its practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
TCSR — Terms of service
Top College Soccer Recruiting ("TCSR") provides educational guidance, strategic planning, and logistical support for the college soccer recruiting process. By completing payment for a TCSR Path, the family (or the athlete, if 18 or older) agrees to the terms below. Last updated: October 2026.
Nature of the Service
TCSR provides educational guidance, strategic planning, and logistical support for the college soccer recruiting process. TCSR does not guarantee admission, a roster spot, a scholarship offer, a response from any coach, or placement at any specific program. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside TCSR's control, including the athlete's own performance, program needs, and decisions made by coaches and admissions offices.
Accuracy of Information
The athlete and family are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to TCSR, including GPA, transcript, highlight video, and other materials. TCSR relies on this information as provided and is not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information.
Eligibility
TCSR provides general information about NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA academic eligibility minimums as a reference point, not a formal eligibility determination. Families are responsible for confirming eligibility status directly with the NCAA Eligibility Center, the NAIA Eligibility Center (PlayNAIA), or the relevant NJCAA office for their specific situation.
Role in Outreach
TCSR helps the athlete communicate with college coaches through coaching, templates, and personalization support. TCSR does not represent, negotiate on behalf of, or act as an agent for the athlete in any dealings with coaches or institutions. All outreach is sent by the athlete, in the athlete's own name.
Payment, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Each student-athlete receives one complimentary reschedule per Path, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. Any reschedule requested within 48 hours of a meeting, or any reschedule beyond the first, is subject to a rescheduling fee of $20 (Gold and Platinum Paths) or $35 (Premium Path). A missed meeting without prior notice may be rescheduled for the applicable fee, or the Path may continue on its original schedule without a makeup session. Reschedules must be completed within 3 weeks of the Path's original end date; Paths that drift beyond this window must be rebooked at current pricing. If TCSR needs to reschedule a meeting, no fee applies and the student-athlete receives priority for the next available slot.
If a Path is cancelled before the first meeting, TCSR provides a full refund. If a Path is cancelled after the first meeting but before the second, TCSR refunds two-thirds of the amount paid for Gold and Platinum Paths, or three-quarters of the amount paid for the Premium Path — this is the only window in which a partial refund is available. Once a second meeting has taken place, the Path is considered fully underway and is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of how many meetings remain. If TCSR is unable to complete a Path, the family receives a full refund for any meetings not yet delivered. Rescheduling fees already paid are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
TCSR's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount actually paid for the Path in question. TCSR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Acceptance
By completing payment, the family (or the athlete, if 18 or older) agrees to these terms.
